A. Paypal charges us 1.02 gbp for every 24.00 gbp transaction, more for Europe/Overseas, etc. The fee is to recoup some of the losses of using the method. This fee they charge is regardless of what type of card you pay.
Cheques however at the moment for us are free to deposit at the bank.
Processing time of either a cheque or online subscription is roughly the same with inputs needed for both in the same way into the DataBase.
